Specifications: A magazine publisher desired a full-scale evaluation of its subscriber and former subscriber base of customers to better understand satisfaction with its product.

Survey Method Used: Online surveys of five distinct segments of subscribers.

Approach and Research: Amplitude Research custom-designed a survey questionnaire that was used across all segments with appropriate skip logic patterns and inserts applicable to given segments. Respondents were asked to evaluate the company, and other publishers, on a number of attributes and provide feedback on brand awareness and preferences. Also, information was gathered on levels of interest in possible new topics as well as extensive data on respondent demographics. Amplitude Research provided customized written reporting with detailed analysis by segment and recommendations for future actions. The study deliverables also included weighted and un-weighted top-line reports and segment cuts with significance testing.
