Online surveys are hosted on our dedicated servers using our proprietary survey software, with programming and survey administration provided by our experienced professional staff. Our team of IT professionals includes project managers, Java programmers, Oracle DBAs, and Linux administrators. We can also provide private label development solutions that include ongoing hosting and IT support.
Our hosted environment includes 10 Mbps of burstable bandwidth provided by a SAS70 Type II Certified Premier Data Center with a redundant network of multiple fiber trunks and backup generators. Our Oracle database is backed-up daily onto a separate storage device located within the data center.
