Our survey environment has the highest levels of reliability and performance provided by a SAS70 Type II Certified Premier Data Center. SAS 70 (the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70) is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In the case of web survey hosting with Type II certification, the auditor not only evaluates the efforts of a service organization at the time of audit, but also incorporates data compiled during a specific time period, such as a period of six months or less.

Data collected by our survey hosting resides securely on database servers located behind multiple firewalls and is not accessible from the Internet. Confidential data, such as usernames and passwords, are secured through a VPN or encrypted connection. All databases are routinely backed up and stored.
