All of our online surveys are hosted at SAS 70 Type II Certified data centers. Our servers feature high availability, scalability and reliability with robust burstable bandwidth. Included are dual ports from unique switches, and built-in fail-over through redundant router and switch configuration in the data center LAN. Physical security features include:

• Badge/picture ID access screening
• Biometric access screening
• Indoor and outdoor security monitoring

System availability is only as predictable as the power to those systems. Our data center is designed for redundancy and high availability of power to ensure that our online surveys remain up and running through all conditions. Here is some of the web hosting power support systems:

• Dual power availability to each rack unit from independent Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
• N+1 redundancy of uninterruptible power supplies
• Redundant generator power supplies, in the event of a power failure from commercial power
• N+1 redundancy of cooling towers, water pumps and chillers
• Multiple air handling units provide an additional level of redundancy
• Dual fire detection (photoelectronic/ionization and sniffer) systems to ensure early detection
• Multi-zone pre-action dry pipe suppression system which allows suppression to be contained to the affected area and not disrupt conditions elsewhere

We offer multiple methods of transfer of customer or employee record lists, online survey data, and other confidential or sensitive information including via Citrix Sharefile. We are always willing to sign separate confidentiality agreements in addition to the language contained in our standard form agreement.
